4 CAD Terms of Use

STEINCO, Paul vom Stein GmbH (hereinafter referred to as STEINCO) offers a CAD download portal to customers and partners. This service is free of charge for our customers and partners.

Use of the CAD download portal is conditioned on the registration of the person/company on the STEINCO CAD download portal with a user name and submission of valid contact data. Service usage records are compiled and may be used by STEINCO for customer support purposes. Transmission of the records to third parties outside of STEINCO is prohibited.

The data provided on the CAD download portal are the property of STEINCO. Transmission of the STEINCO data to third parties in any form is prohibited without written authorisation from STEINCO. In the event of a violation, STEINCO reserves the right to take legal action.

The type and scope of the CAD download service are determined by STEINCO. STEINCO reserves the right to block or provide only limited access to the CAD download portal without giving reasons. STEINCO assumes no liability for the accuracy and completeness of the data transmitted.

The data provided serve to improve information for our customers and partners. The data offered are not subject to any regular updating. STEINCO reserves the right to adapt or modify the data without notice. Customers and partners must update their data under their own responsibility. STEINCO products are subject to design tolerances. No guarantee is given for the accuracy of the data provided.
