Our castors must pass numerous tests in order to meet the quality standards that our customers demand. Our internal test methods are based on internationally applicable standards such as DIN EN 12527-12532, IEC 60601, etc. Moreover, we regularly conduct in-depth and customer-specific tests.

Example: A hospital bed castor with a wheel diameter of 150 mm is subjected to a 150-kg load. At a speed of 1.1 m/s, it must withstand a distance of about 14,000 m while traversing a 3.75-mm-high threshold 1000 times.
The castor is subjected to a test simulating the special continuous loads that occur in routine operation. In this way, reproducible trials can be used to achieve continuous improvement of the products. The fully automated procedure guarantees extremely precise results.
This test simulates an abrupt application of force on the castor. Variable fall height can be used to test an extremely broad range of product categories.
A test of the series production can thereby guarantee consistent quality.
