Whilst every new employee receives a thorough orientation from their supervisors and colleagues prior to starting work, those same contacts also always remain available even after the orientation period for any questions the employee may have.

In addition, we offer support to employees with the individualised configuration of their old-age pension and start building that fund with capital contributions starting from the sixth month of company service.

STEINCO provides free-of-charge water to employees at all locations. The employee choose whether they prefer to drink chilled, still or carbonated water.
